Setup, activation & expiry
A hosting request, a prepared WordPress installation and an active service are different stages. Your workspace shows which stage you are at and the action needed next.

Your request has been saved for the team to review. No payment is taken and no hosting slot is guaranteed. Share workload and migration details so the team can check whether the available plan is suitable.
Your reply needed means the team needs more information. Read the latest note and continue through Support.
Approved for setup and Setup in progress
Approval allows setup to proceed when capacity is available. The team prepares the isolated website and checks WordPress, its address, HTTPS, backups and recovery.
A service can appear in My websites while it still says Setup pending. The presence of a website card or an assigned hostname does not mean customer WordPress access has been activated.
Awaiting service activation
The address and website checks may be ready while the service still needs its access term confirmed. The team activates that existing service after all required checks pass.
You do not need to submit a new request or create another installation. Ask about activation through Support and include the existing website or request reference.
Active and complimentary access
Active services can use the controls permitted for their account, including WordPress Admin, website access and available backup actions. A complimentary term is recorded with its expiry and does not create a payment or recurring charge.
Check the exact date and time shown in Plans & access. Dates in website controls are labelled PKT, Pakistan time. A monthly plan reference does not turn an approved complimentary term into paid billing.
Expired, suspended and terminated services
Expiry pauses access automatically. A manual suspension preserves the recorded expiry. Contact the team to review an extension or reactivation; resuming a service requires a valid, unexpired term.
Termination removes public routing and releases compute capacity only after confirmation. Retained data requires operator review before deletion; no automatic deletion deadline is promised. Keep any independent copy your own requirements need.
