PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Resources & traffic

Storage, memory, CPU and visitor traffic measure different things. Use the verified resource limits and your actual website workload when choosing a plan.

Starter and Business resource limits

Starter provides one WordPress website with an enforced 5 GB files-and-database quota and a WordPress limit of 1 CPU and 512 MiB memory. Business provides one website with a 10 GB quota and a WordPress limit of 2 CPU and 1 GiB memory.

These are usage ceilings on shared hosting, not dedicated physical processors. Database and gateway services are managed separately. The plan does not include extra staging websites or business mailboxes.

Check usage in My websites

Your website details show available measurements for storage, memory and CPU. A missing measurement is shown as unavailable, not as zero use. Refresh details to request current information.

Files, uploads, themes, plugins and database contents contribute to the website storage quota. Platform backup archives are stored separately. Contact the team before reaching the quota or planning a substantial import.

What the traffic tests establish

Controlled ten-minute tests on clean WordPress sites completed Business at 6 uncached HTML requests per second alongside the owner site, and two Starter sites at 3 each alongside the owner site. No request errors were recorded; the slowest 95th-percentile response was 163 ms.

These tests measure the hosting path under those conditions. They do not establish external internet throughput, a monthly visitor allowance or a universal simultaneous-user limit for customer websites.

Prepare for campaigns, stores and memberships

Tell the team your expected visits, busiest periods, page sizes, large downloads and any logged-in activity. Caching, themes, plugins and integrations affect how much work each visit creates.

Traffic is reviewed before approval. Agree the expected transfer budget and resource needs before activation; unlimited bandwidth, automatic traffic overage billing and a guaranteed visitor count are not offered.

Keep exploring.
