Clear expectations for using BiOs Play & our Game Panels.

By accessing the BiOs Play website, participating in our game servers, or purchasing memberships and Minecraft Game Panels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Community Rules, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to register and use BiOs Play.
• You are solely responsible for all actions conducted through your authenticated Discord session.
• Account sharing, selling, or attempting to evade an active administrative ban is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts registered to bypass active restrictions will result in permanent hardware blacklists.

BiOs Play provides managed Minecraft Game Panel solutions (including Creeper, Enderman, Wither, and Dragon packages) offering customers full administrative control over their game instances:

• Included panel features: Each game panel order includes access to our web control panel, live server console with command input, web file manager with code editor, SFTP credentials, automated task scheduler, backup snapshot storage, crash logs, and plugin manager.
• Resource guarantees: Your server is provisioned with the dedicated RAM, shared CPU quota, and SSD disk space specified in your selected package.
• Server customization: You are free to install custom server JARs (Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, BungeeCord, Velocity, and Vanilla), upload custom worlds, and install approved plugins.
• Sub-user management: Server owners can delegate panel permissions (console, files, restarts, backups) to co-owners and moderators safely.
• Customer responsibility: Server owners are responsible for maintaining backups, managing sub-users, configuring permissions, and securing their panel access.

Customers purchasing Minecraft Game Panels must adhere to responsible hosting practices:

• Dedicated resource limits: Servers must operate within their allocated RAM, CPU quota, and storage limits. Sustained abuse that impacts overall node performance may be throttled.
• Prohibited activities: You may NOT use BiOs Play game panels or hosting servers for cryptocurrency mining, botnets, DDoS attack generation, unauthorized proxies, port scanning, spamming, torrenting, or hosting illegal materials.
• Malicious software: Uploading malware, trojans, token stealers, or stress-testing scripts will trigger instant server termination and referral to network authorities.
• Immediate termination: Violation of our fair-use policy will result in immediate container suspension and termination without refund.

Data preservation is a shared responsibility between BiOs Play and server owners:

• Automated backup system: BiOs Play provides automated snapshot capabilities, but server owners must regularly download full world and configuration backups to local storage.
• Renewal cancellation: You may cancel your panel subscription at any time prior to the next billing date. Your panel will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• 7-day grace period: Following service expiration, customer server files are retained for 7 calendar days to allow final backup download before storage volumes are recycled.

BiOs Play offers digital community memberships, server ranks, cosmetic perks, and virtual perks:

• Nature of digital items: All ranks, perks, and in-game privileges are intangible digital goods with no real-world monetary value.
• Non-transferability: Memberships and perks are tied exclusively to the purchasing Discord account and cannot be traded, resold, or transferred.
• Delivery: Digital benefits are synchronized automatically or via our manual order desk upon payment confirmation.
• Revocation: Benefits may be temporarily or permanently suspended if your account violates server rules or initiates an unauthorized payment dispute.

Players must adhere to game-specific rules across all published servers:

• Minecraft SMP: Unapproved game modifications, hacked clients, X-Ray texture packs, duping exploits, chunk-ban exploits, and griefing protected zones are prohibited.
• FiveM Roleplay: Strict compliance with city laws, roleplay standards (Value of Life, no RDM/VDM, no combat logging, and no powergaming/metagaming) is mandatory.
• Violations will result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent hardware blacklists without refund.

We strive for 99.9% uptime across our web platform, game panels, and community servers, but services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis:

• Scheduled maintenance: Routine maintenance, system backups, node optimizations, and game updates may require temporary downtime, which will be announced in advance.
• Third-party dependencies: BiOs Play is not liable for disruptions caused by upstream providers (Discord API, Mojang/Microsoft authentication, Rockstar/FiveM services, or regional ISP outages).
• Emergency maintenance: Critical hardware or security interventions may be conducted with immediate notice to protect data integrity.

BiOs Play respects the intellectual property rights of creators and publishers:

• Platform branding: BiOs Play logos, custom web code, theme assets, and original platform graphics are the exclusive property of BiOs Play.
• Game trademarks: Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation. Grand Theft Auto and FiveM are registered trademarks of Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive / Cfx.re. BiOs Play is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.
• DMCA takedowns: If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, submit an official notice to support@biosplay.fun with proof of ownership and specific asset URLs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiOs Play disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall BiOs Play, its operators, or staff be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, server downtime, or loss of in-game items due to game updates or server resets. Total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Any disputes regarding orders, game panels, bans, or service delivery should be submitted first to our staff through the Support portal. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of updated terms.
