Fair play starts with clear rules.

Every member of the BiOs Play community deserves a safe, competitive, and enjoyable environment. Harassment, hate speech, racism, personal threats, doxxing, blackmail, and targeted toxicity are strictly prohibited across all text channels, voice rooms, game panels, and in-game servers.

• Treat all players and staff members with basic decency and respect.
• Do not share or solicit personally identifiable information (PII) of any member.
• Keep conversation constructive; non-consensual trolling, stalking, or toxic griefing is not tolerated.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, and manipulating game mechanics undermine the core integrity of our servers. Players must compete using approved, standard game clients.

• Prohibited client mods: Hacked clients (Meteor, Wurst, LiquidBounce, Aristois), combat macros, fly hacks, auto-clickers, baritone automation, X-Ray texture packs, and radar modifications are strictly forbidden.
• Exploits & glitches: Duping items, glitching through bedrock/world borders, chunk-ban machines, and lag-inducing redstone contraptions are illegal.
• Accomplice liability: Knowingly teaming with, storing items for, or benefiting from an exploiter carries equal penalty.

Roleplay servers depend on immersion, mutual storytelling, and realistic consequences.

• Value of Life (VoL): Prioritize your character's safety during armed encounters and hostage scenarios.
• No RDM & VDM: Random Deathmatching (killing without RP justification) and Vehicle Deathmatching (using vehicles as weapons) are strictly forbidden.
• No combat logging: Disconnecting (F8 quit / Alt+F4) during police pursuit, medical treatment, or active roleplay scenarios results in an automatic ban.
• Powergaming & Meta-gaming: Performing physically impossible actions or using out-of-character Discord voice information in-game is strictly forbidden.
• Emergency services respect: Attacking EMS or medical personnel on active duty without roleplay escalation is prohibited.

Customers utilizing BiOs Play Minecraft Game Panels and hosting infrastructure must maintain responsible usage:

• No crypto-mining: Running cryptocurrency miners, CPU stress-testers, or background coin generators will trigger immediate node suspension.
• Malicious networking: Using game panels for port scanning, DDoS attack tools, open proxy relays, or spam engines is strictly prohibited.
• Safe plugins: Ensure uploaded server JARs and custom plugins do not contain backdoor exploits or security vulnerabilities.

To preserve community trust and prevent fraudulent activity:

• No external real-money trading: In-game currency, virtual properties, server vehicles, and rare items may not be bought or sold for real-world money outside official BiOs Play store products.
• Scamming prohibition: Fraudulent player contracts, bait-and-switch trades, and deceitful loan agreements are subject to staff rollback and player penalties.
• Exploited item forfeiture: Items created through glitches or unapproved duplication will be removed without compensation.

Community communication channels must remain welcoming and organized:

• No voice abuse: Mic spamming, ear-rape, screamers, and unapproved soundboards in public voice lounges are prohibited.
• No unauthorized promotion: Direct messaging members with server invites, discord links, or unapproved commercial sales will result in an immediate discord ban.
• Staff impersonation: Impersonating administrators, developers, or moderators will result in an instant platform ban.

Protecting the infrastructure and our players is paramount:

• Zero-tolerance DDoS: Do not attempt Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, IP logging, or network stress testing against our servers, game panels, or any member.
• Malicious software distribution: Sharing malware, phishing URLs, token loggers, or infected archive downloads triggers immediate hardware and IP bans.
• Security vulnerability disclosure: If you discover a security flaw or crash exploit, report it privately to staff; exploiting it publicly will result in a ban.

Our moderation staff reviews evidence objectively. Sanctions depend on violation severity, intent, and previous record:

• Stage 1: Official guidance or verbal warning logged in user audit history.
• Stage 2: Temporary mute, jail, or cooldown penalty.
• Stage 3: Temporary server suspension (24 hours to 30 days).
• Stage 4: Permanent platform ban, hardware blacklist, rank revocation, and panel suspension.
• Note: Severe threats, security attacks, payment fraud, and blatant cheating bypass earlier stages.

If you witness a rule violation or wish to appeal an administrative action, please submit a private ticket via the Support portal with timestamps, server details, and unedited video/screenshot evidence. Public accusations in general chat are prohibited.
