GET STARTED

Your safest first session

Use this order after the host marks an installation ready.

1
Open Dashboard

Confirm the agent is connected, the address is correct, and the server state matches your expectation.

2
Create a backup

Take a manual backup before adding extensions, replacing worlds, or making a large configuration change.

3
Review access

Invite Operators or Viewers by Discord ID. Never share your Discord session or owner-only SFTP password.

4
Publish carefully

Test direct connectivity before making the one-time custom game address claim.

BIOS SETUP WIZARD

Eight verified stages, no silent substitutions

Your draft is saved as you move forward. Only locally cached, hash-recorded artifacts appear as installable.

01
Welcome

Name the panel. This display name can be changed later and does not rename world folders.

02
Software

Choose only from server software already verified and cached by the host: Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, or NeoForge when available.

03
Version

Choose an exact cached Minecraft build. The wizard never invents a download or silently substitutes another version.

04
Resources & Java

Allocate RAM and CPU within the purchased plan. The compatible Java major is constrained by the selected artifact.

05
Server

Set player capacity, online mode, whitelist, difficulty, gamemode, view distance, and other supported basics.

06
World

Choose the world name, seed, level type, structures, PvP, Nether, command blocks, and spawn protection.

07
Review

Read every value before launch. Reconfiguration clearly identifies the destructive Erase & Reinstall action.

08
Install

Follow measured host tasks live: artifact verification, storage, SFTP, network, container creation, startup, and final verification.

CONTROL SURFACES

What every panel area is for

The navigation and interaction rules stay consistent between servers; all data remains scoped to the selected server.

Dashboard

Live state, address, players, CPU, memory, disk, TPS, server facts, and recent activity.

Console

Read live logs and send one server command at a time. Commands are available only while Minecraft is online.

Files

Browse, preview, edit, upload, create, rename, download, and delete files inside the server’s isolated data root.

Settings

Change supported server.properties options with validated values and clear restart requirements.

Schedules

Create recurring restarts, saves, broadcasts, cleanup jobs, and protected backups.

Backups

Create, download, restore, and remove verified full-server archives within the purchased quota.

Players

Review player state, whitelist, operators, bans, inventory details, and permanently remove stored player data while offline.

Worlds

Inspect worlds and safely manage supported gameplay and world rules.

Extensions

Manage supported plugins or mods and detect duplicate enabled JAR identities.

Live map

Use the authenticated BlueMap proxy after the owner approves a verified renderer installation.

Activity logs

Search, filter, and page through retained server events and sensitive management actions.

Panel access

Give registered Discord identities Operator or Viewer access without sharing the owner’s account.

Configuration

Review the installed runtime, allocation, SFTP details, branding, custom address, and protected reinstallation flow.

POWER & DATA SAFETY

Know what each action actually does

Start

Starts Minecraft inside the existing managed runtime container and waits for a verified startup.

Stop

Runs save-all flush, sends Minecraft’s graceful stop, and leaves the container alive in standby.

Restart

Gracefully saves and restarts the Java process. It does not replace the container or delete files.

Force kill

Immediately kills Java and can lose unsaved world or player data. Use it only when graceful stop cannot complete.

ACCESS MODEL

One identity, least privilege

Owner

All panel areas, SFTP, files, extensions, backups, schedules, configuration, branding, one-time address claim, and panel access.

Operator

Power, console, player, and world operations plus approved read-only pages. No SFTP, files, extensions, backups, schedules, configuration, or user management.

Viewer

Read-only operational visibility. No commands and no state-changing actions.

GAME ADDRESS

Your one-time domain claim

your-name.biosplay.fun

The panel checks reserved names, local ownership, Hostinger DNS, and conflicts before publishing a managed A record and Minecraft SRV record.

  • Test the direct IP and port first.
  • Check spelling in the confirmation step.
  • Publish once; the owner control becomes locked.
  • Request later changes through Support.
FILES & RECOVERY

Protect changes before they become incidents

Back up before risk

Create and download a backup before world replacement, extension upgrades, or reconfiguration.

Respect quotas

Disk and backup allowances are separate. Scheduled rotation prunes only eligible scheduled archives, never manual backups.

Restore offline

The panel verifies archive size and SHA-256 before restoring. The runtime pauses only for the verified file swap.

Avoid duplicate JARs

Do not keep multiple enabled copies of the same plugin or mod. Use the duplicate identity warning before restart.

DIAGNOSE FIRST

Common states and the correct response

Include the exact displayed error, server name, approximate time, and what changed in a support ticket.

Agent unavailable+

Do not repeatedly press power controls. The game and the panel agent are separate. Ask Support to verify the protected BiOsPlayGameAgent task.

Server offline but container running+

This is expected. Stop shuts down Minecraft cleanly while its managed runtime container remains in standby.

Files appear empty+

Use Retry once. If the agent still returns an error, keep the server untouched and include the displayed status in a support ticket.

Console does not accept a command+

Confirm the server state is Online. Submit a command without a slash, line break, or more than 512 characters.

TPS unavailable+

Wait for the server to finish startup. TPS is reported only by software that provides a supported live command.

Custom address locked+

A panel owner receives one successful address claim. Open Support for a reviewed change; do not create unmanaged DNS records.

Setup stopped safely+

Read the failed task, correct the reported condition, then Retry. The host removes unverified installations and preserves a confirmed reconfiguration rollback.

Restore failed verification+

Do not alter the archive. A size or SHA-256 mismatch stops the restore before it replaces active data.
